The Apostle Paul’s personal prayer requests for the church for him was for the increase of God’s kingdom – to pray for doors of utterance for the growth of the gospel. As Jesus affirmed in the model prayer, at the forefront of our prayers should be for the kingdom of God to come, and that we should ask, seek, and knock and then the door would be opened unto us.
