In the flood of Noah, we see that the ark was not a well meant offer and invitation for all of mankind to come into the boat to be saved. Rather the ark was built to the exact dimensions of only eight people, the people that were before chosen by God to be in the ark by the Lord’s grace. Not only were they chose, but they were sealed and preserved, no ability to fall out the boat because the Lord shut them in.
