Jesus Christ is the only satisfaction in this world for the spiritual thirst and spiritual hunger that all of God’s children have after the new birth. We have a tendency to want to hew out broken cisterns that cannot hold water instead of partaking of the fountain of living waters to refresh their spiritual thirst for Christ. Let us partake of Jesus Christ and be filled from our hunger and thirst for righteousness.
