We consider the mistakes of the first generation of inhabitants of Canaan, who gave their children to marry the Canaanites. There is no quarter for the command of God to not be unequally yoked to unbelievers, which will only be a thorn in the eyes to God’s children who don’t heed the warning of their Father.
