Every day we make decisions about how to dress and what clothes to put on, and in like manner in the kingdom of God, we have to make the purposeful decision to put off the flesh that comes naturally and put on the clothing of the elect. To be clothed with humility. To put on mercy, kindness, longsuffering, and love – and ultimately, to put on Christ.
