Studying from 2 Cor. 3, we see the work of Christ in writing his law on the hearts of his people in the new birth. For those who have received the writing of the Lord upon their heart, they have the spiritual life to hear and receive the light of the gospel. For God’s born again children, the gospel provides light and clarity and illumination for the Lord’s people who need to be delivered from the darkness of this world unto the light of the gospel.
