We see the contrast between the ungodly posterity of Cain and the godly line of Seth. The pinnacle of Seth’s genealogy is highlighted by Enoch who walked with God, pleased God, diligently sought God, and the Lord decided to just take him home to heaven as he was translated. We ought to follow Enoch’s example and walk by faith and please and walk with God on a daily basis.
